Update - Fixed Wireless services have been restored in the Easter and Central regions. Our technicians are continuing the work required to repair the Western area facilities.

Monitoring - Cable TV and Cable Access services have been restored. Any remaining issues with individual house locations will be managed through normal service calls. Customers continuing to have issues should contact our customer service center to arrange a service call.
The network team is still working to fully restore the Fixed Wireless service.

Update - Fixed Wireless customers will still be experiencing issues in various areas of the island. The network team is actively working to restore the outage caused by the storm.

Update - With power restored, the majority of cable access and TV services in Devonshire and Southampton have been restored. We are still experiencing isolated issues in the Somerset Village / Mangrove Bay area.
Fixed Wireless customers will still be experiencing issues in various areas of the island. These issues are currently being investigated.

Identified - T.S. Karl has caused some localized outages for cable access, video and internet customers in pockets of the island. The most notable are:
- Western: Southampton/Sandy's area surrounding Port Royal Golf Course
- Eastern: Devonshire area near Somersfield Academy, including Devon Spring, Poinciana and Chaingate
Technicians will be addressing these outages as soon as it is safe to do so.
Customers serviced by Logic’s wireless technologies throughout island may also be experiencing service outages. We are currently investigating the extent of these outages, and we will update as information becomes available.
